Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the approved final deliverables transfers to the client. This does not include licensed fonts, stock photography, software, or other third-party assets, which remain subject to their respective licensing agreements.
Block Creative Solutions is proud of the work we create for our clients. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, website, social media, presentations, award submissions, and other promotional materials for the purpose of showcasing our work and services.
We will always respect client confidentiality and will never share proprietary, confidential, or sensitive information without prior permission.
If a project is under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or otherwise requires confidentiality, Block Creative Solutions will honor those requirements and obtain written approval before publicly displaying any work.
